I take it the reinstallation of the mucus plug was not successful? Okay, so bring it on, baby nice guy!

Holy crap! Sending good thoughts of very little pain for Mrs. Nice Guy, and for lots of martinis and Jack for Mr. Nice Guy.

And here's to Baby Nice Guy!

Oh, wow.

I'm really not sure who this day will be most traumatic for - Mrs. Nice Guy for obvious reasons, Baby Nice Guy for the rude awakening, Mr. Nice Guy for the hangover he's likely to have when he wakes up, or our poor misguided doula when she realizes that no one is going to eat that sweet, delicious placenta.

Well, the doula can eat the placenta, if she really wants it, I would imagine. I personally wouldn't fight her for it.

Best wishes to the nice guys, all 3 of them!

I just found your blog today and had to sneak away between teaching my little 3rd and 4th grade darlings to read the entire archives. Does that make me a horrible teacher? I'm sure you'll do a better job at being a dad. Good luck and I love your blog!
