friday fun house!
this is why god invented the internet. so you could travel back in time to see Billy Graham presage (channel?) Bill Clinton as he proves a worthy match to Woody Allen of all people. actually, Graham is all grace, wit and charm as he meets Woody on his own turf ... and pretty deftly (Sunday) schools him. i am thiiiiis close to becoming a believer myself. no wonder he had such a, uh, large flock. this is brilliant stuff:

Love it!! Love Woody!! Really great interview. Smart, kind, gentleman exchanging a beautifully entertaining conversation. Thanks MNG.

i don't know about those other guys
there's somethin' in the back of their eyes
but billy, you're the man
who don't use sleight of hand
ain't wearin' no disguise
i love you, billy
i love the simple things you say
and you never seem to get in the way
no one is quite like you
compassionate and true
"just as i am", i say
i love you, billy
Brilliant!
Thanks for sharing that. I might have to borrow the clip for my blog.
Nice find.

nice guy, this was a real treat. I'm a recently converted Christian who can appreciate great writing, sharp wit, and multiple perspectives--and can overlook the occasional f-bomb. it's thought-provoking, gorgeous stuff like this that keeps me coming back to your site. thoroughly enjoyed this exchange: woody 0, billy 1.
p.s. you're welcome in the flock, man. and remember, billy's just a representative of the greatest guy--you should check out the original.
Thanks for pposting this
