I was privileged to have a business trip allowing some sightseeing and culture-absorption in NoLa summer of 2004. It's a rich mix of wild and history.
We had a well known New Orlean's Big Sam's Funky Nation (www.bigsamsfunkynation.com) at our closing night shindig for the conference.
It's absolutely breaking my heart to see the news.
Hh
It hurts to hear and see all this. We're praying for the all the people there and we realize how fortunate we are, and help with whatever and wherever we can. To see a father with a baby in his arms not knowing where to go is unbelievably painful.
I went to New Orleans 2 years ago this summer. It was fabulous, good food, wonderful people and just such a great place to visit. My heart breaks for all of these people. I just can't even imagine.
